With you every step of the way while overseas, our tour managers handle all the logistics to ensure your tour runs like clockwork. Tour managers are extensively trained and speak several languages. Best of all, GoPlay Tour managers are sports enthusiasts, too!

Round-Trip Airfare

GoPlay will organize your round-trip airfare from your home gateway to your travel destination. Round Trip Airfare is included in the price of every GoPlay Team Tour. For more information on flights, click here.

Ground Transportation

GoPlay will provide ground transportation throughout the tour. You and your team will have a motor coach at your disposal for the entirety of the trip.

Information Deadlines

GoPlay knows how important it is to receive your flight and hotel information as early as possible. GoPlay guarantees flight times, and hotel information will be released one month after your registration deadline or nine months before departure. Whichever is sooner.

Centrally-Located Hotels

GoPlay uses centrally located hotels. We prioritize booking hotels in good locations and safe areas, with easy access to local attractions, sports fields, and public transportation.

You will generally stay in hotel rooms with two, three, or four beds. You will always have your bed unless your group requests that players can share.

Authentic Meals

You will enjoy various meals en route, mixing native and familiar cuisines depending on your travel area. Keep an open mind and be willing to sample everything—that’s what travel is all about!

Most days, you will be served a continental or cooked breakfast and dinner. For lunch, do what the locals do; instead of having an expensive restaurant meal, they buy fresh ingredients at a local market, then put together a sandwich and have a picnic lunch in a city park.

GoPlay will try to accommodate special-needs meals, including kosher, vegetarian, and low salt.
